- Usage data — standard web server logs may record page views, referrer URLs, browser type, and timestamps. These are used for site maintenance only.

- ip-api.com — used to estimate your city/state from your IP address for location-based deal filtering. No data is stored by us as a result of this lookup.

Deal submissions and sponsor records are retained for as long as necessary to operate the service. You may request deletion of your submitted data at any time by emailing us.

BuyNowHawk is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
