• Subscription fees are charged monthly via Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Advertising plans are offered on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.

4. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Content

BuyNowHawk participates in affiliate programs including Amazon Associates. Some deal links on this Site are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase — at no additional cost to you. We are not responsible for the accuracy of prices or availability on third-party retailer websites.

5. Deal Accuracy

Deals displayed on BuyNowHawk are sourced from retailers, user submissions, and third-party APIs. We make no guarantee that prices, availability, or offer details are accurate at the time of viewing. Always verify the current price on the retailer's website before purchasing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on BuyNowHawk — including the logo, design, and original text — is the property of BuyNowHawk and may not be reproduced without written permission. User-submitted deal content remains the property of the submitter, but by submitting you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the Site.
